Adam is the Founder and Managing Director of Strive, a GTM recruitment agency, building teams for some of the most disruptive, Venture Capital backed tech companies, all over the world.

Adam founded Strive in 2019, after X years of working in Tech Recruitment. At the time, Adam recognised that whilst there were significant recruitment partners in the tech space, very few were purely dedicated to GTM hiring.

3. How long does it take to fill a role?

On average, we fill roles within 4 - 8 weeks, depending on the seniority and complexity of the position.

6. Do you offer guarantees on placements?

Yes! We provide a replacement guarantee if a hired candidate leaves within the agreed-upon time frame. Our goal is to ensure you find the right long-term fit.
