Be the 1st RSD for a workforce intelligence platform who have just raised a $45M Series B ($100M total funding).

This role is for someone who wants to build their team from scratch, build the US playbook, and own the number - not just carry it.

 

Opportunity Overview

The Business:

  • $100M in funding
  • $20M ARR grown from $1M in 2 years
  • Average rep attainment of 110%
  • Customers include: Popeyes + Tao Group. Creating a 7-figure ROI.

 

The Role:

  • First US sales director - build and own the playbook from the ground up
  • Hire, coach and scale a team of AEs selling into a single, highly targeted ICP vertical
  • Multi-year deals $300K–$800K, 3-5 month sales cycle
  • Up to $350,000 OTE + equity + accelerators + team override
  • Work directly with the CEO (previously exited for $3.8B)

 

Who it Suits:

You've run complex cycles yourself and know how to teach it. You're as comfortable in a CFO's boardroom as you are coaching a rep through one. You want to build something from zero, not inherit a finished engine.
