The Role

• Inherit a team of 10 BDRs (UK/US) | Average rep attainment: 110%
• Own outbound strategy and PG motion, whilst implementing AI strategy
• Work closely with the UK Head of Sales and Global VP
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a BDR/SDR team

 

Package

• £100,000-£150,000 OTE
• Early-stage equity
• Room to grow into broader leadership and grow a team of managers beneath you
