Each group discussed, and reported back, on a different part of the process, with the key areas being:

• Pre-interview - Job descriptions, metrics, hiring criteria
• Interview process - Number of stages, objectives, format of the interview, the scorecard, communication
• Post-Interview - Referencing and back-channeling, making offers, rejecting candidates, contracts
