A hypergrowth, well-funded fintech is building out its founding UK/EMEA team and looking for someone to build the talent engine behind it from scratch.

This is a true 0-to-1 seat: founding in-house recruiter owning GTM hiring (AE, BDR, sales leadership) for one of the fastest-scaling companies in the space.

• +3,000 employees globally
• UK operation still genuinely early-stage - this would be the first internal recruiting hire on the ground

 

The Role

• Founding Internal Recruiter (UK), Central London - 5 days on-site preferred, open to hybrid
• Up to £140K OTE, plus career-defining equity

 

Who it Suits

You've recruited in-house before, not just agency-side. You've got a solid GTM background - AE, BDR or sales leadership hiring. And you've worked inside a start-up, so you know what building a function from scratch actually looks like, not just what it sounds like in an interview.
