If you've spent a year or more in sales, whether that's SaaS, SDR, BDR, retail, hospitality, recruitment, automotive or another target-driven environment—you've already learned the hardest part:

We'll teach you everything else.

 

What you'll do

• Become an expert in the venture-backed technology market.
• Build relationships with founders, VCs and senior executives.
• Identify and headhunt exceptional talent.
• Manage searches from first conversation through to offer.
• Build your own market and personal brand.
• Earn uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can make.

 

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year in a sales or target-driven role.
• Competitive and naturally driven.
• Strong communication skills.
• Someone who wants to build a career, not just have another job.
• A genuine desire to earn well and continuously improve.
