In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by engaging with prospects, generating leads, and closing new business opportunities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to demonstrating our SaaS product and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to build a strong sales pipeline and exceed revenue targets. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills who is looking to grow their career in SaaS sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Inbound Lead Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads generated by the marketing team, qualify them, and move them through the sales pipeline.

Product Demos: Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospects, showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions and how they can meet the specific needs of the customer.

Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of opportunities, keeping detailed and accurate records in the CRM of all interactions, prospects, and opportunities.

Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing their needs and objections, and negotiating terms to close deals.

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales leadership and other team members to develop and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback during the sales process and share insights with the marketing and product teams to help refine product offerings and messaging.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales, business development, or related role within a B2B SaaS company.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and customer needs within a B2B context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling SaaS solutions into mid-market or enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling.

• Understanding of specific industry verticals relevant to the company’s solutions.
