Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise and mid-market clients. Your primary focus will be to develop relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that address their business needs. You will work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from discovery to close. This includes conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and building business cases for decision-makers.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies.
• Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and requirements, then align our SaaS solutions to address these challenges effectively.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the sales leadership team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback loop.
• Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, revenue targets, and pipeline health.
• Sales Strategy: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, strategies, and tools to enhance performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
• Experience in managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
• Familiarity with the specific SaaS industry (e.g., HR tech, marketing automation, financial software).
• Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, or cloud-based solutions.
