Meet team Strive
We’re unstoppable.
Meet the people who build go-to-market teams for the planet’s most disruptive tech companies.
Ella Winstanley
Headhunter
Meet Ella
Ella is a Headhunter at Strive and has worked at Strive for one year.
Ella specialises within the AI, Data and Cyber Security spaces, generating the best candidates for well-respected Tier 1 vendors.
A Quote that Ella lives by: “If you never try, you'll never know.” I'm a big believer in putting yourself out there and giving things a go, even if it means stepping outside your comfort zone!
Ella's Advice for Candidates: Don't try to be someone you're not! I think people can tell when you're being genuine, and sometimes it's your personality and how you come across that makes you stand out, not just what's on your CV.
