We’re hiring a VP of Sales, North America to own new ARR and scale a high-performing sales org.
If you’ve built a repeatable motion (not just “managed a team”), know how to run a forecast with discipline, and can coach reps to win complex deals—this one’s for you.
What you’ll own
- New ARR across North America (quarterly + annual targets)
- Forecasting + pipeline management (clean CRM, real governance)
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance standards
- Deal leadership on strategic opportunities (exec-level selling)
- Tight alignment with Marketing/RevOps/CS on ICP, conversion, expansion
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years leading teams
- Proven scaling experience (ideally $5–10M → $20–50M ARR or similar)
- Strong recruiter + coach (you raise the bar)
- Enterprise / mid-market deal experience with multi-stakeholder cycles
- Operator mindset: process, cadence, metrics, accountability
