  • 2nd time founder (Exited for 9 figures previously)
  • Crossed $1m ARR within 3 months of stealth launch (2023)
  • 60 employeers Globally
  • You will be apart of the founding Engineering team.

 

The Role & Package details

  • Remote - West Coast
  • Looking for SE's with a DevTool background
  • Lucrative package + equity + benefits
  • Covering North America
  • Deal sizes: Initial lands $100K - $450K

 

Interview Process

  • 1st screening - Strive
  • 2nd screening - SE Manager
  • 3rd screening – Deep dive call with VP Sales
  • 4th screening – Techncial Assesment / Panel
  • 5th screening - Deep dive call with CEO
