You won't just get a crash course to recruitment and then chucked a phone to get on with it. We have put together a training structure that means from Day 1 you will know what you're going to learn and how each session will be delivered; whether it's classroom based, recorded call training, live call training or morning flash sessions. Earn
Average earnings for our Headhunters in their first full year is £48.5K (lowest recent earner = £38K). Average earnings across all consultants is £72K. Strive has the best commission structure in the industry paying up to 37.5% of the revenue you generate for the business
Have fun
Lunch clubs, holiday incentives and day trips etc are standard, but we also do things a little differently: weekly Barry's classes, hiking days (most recent was Helvellyn) and team building exercises. The most important thing - we actually all enjoy spending time together because we're all good and decent people (d**kheads need not apply!!).
