We’re hiring a Sales Enablement role for one of the most exciting AI-native SaaS startups in the procurement space. Backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs and led by a founding team with a successful exit behind them, this is your chance to build something game-changing—while working directly with executive leadership from day one.
You’ll join as a strategic force behind our global GTM engine—building enablement programs, onboarding pathways, and operational rigor from the ground up. 🧭 What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect and own the entire global GTM enablement strategy
- Build foundational programs: onboarding, knowledge systems, role-based training, coaching frameworks, and playbooks
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align GTM strategy and execution
- Define and track key KPIs across AE lifecycle performance, ramp, and funnel effectiveness
- Enhance sales methodology, messaging consistency, and customer journey mapping
- Collaborate on OKRs, capacity planning, and territory/account strategies
- Deliver board-level performance reporting and operational insights
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS (bonus points for early-stage / Series A-B experience)
- Proven experience as a founding or core Enablement leader
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and operate at C-level
- Demonstrated success launching scalable programs in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in GTM process design, performance analytics, and sales methodology

- Experience working closely with RevOps or Finance teams
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- Prior rollout of a company-wide methodology (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler, etc.)
