You will own onboarding and enterprise implementation from kickoff through go-live—acting as a trusted advisor and product expert for some of the most forward-thinking brands in the world. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends technical configuration, project management, stakeholder enablement, and long-term customer success.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering, mapping customer workflows, configuring the platform, leading enablement sessions, and driving outcomes across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers
- Run discovery sessions to capture current workflows, goals, and success metrics
- Configure platform workflows, roles, approval chains, and data integrations
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical integrations
- Deliver training and enablement sessions across business units
- Own the customer relationship from handoff to value realization
- Surface feedback to internal teams and help shape the product roadmap
- Improve implementation playbooks, templates, and processes for future scale
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience, including 3+ in SaaS post-sales implementation
- Strong background working with enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to lead complex implementation projects end-to-end
- Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms and driving adoption
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in procurement, vendor management, or consulting; prior startup exposure
