Strive have partnered with a fast-scaling, category-defining AI platform to help expand their Enterprise GTM team in NYC.
Backed by tier 1 Venture Capital, with $11M+ Series A, this business is moving beyond AI experimentation and into real, measurable enterprise outcomes.
We're hiring for an early on the ground new-logo focused Senior AE to help build their US enterprise motion from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to sell AI that actually executes, not another chat interface.

This is a business that has moved past “what could AI do?” and is focused on how AI drives real operational leverage.
The Role
- 100% new-logo focus, targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Selling a horizontal, AI-native platform that expands across departments
- Landing with a clear use case and expanding accounts over time
- Working closely with leadership to help define enterprise GTM motion in the US
Early hires will have real influence over how the product is positioned, sold, and scaled.
About You
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience, ideally mid-market or enterprise-focused
- Proven track record closing six-figure+ deals ($100k+, with upside beyond)
- Experience selling platform or workflow software (not single-use tools)
- Comfortable selling into multiple business stakeholders.
- Strong consultative, value-led approach (MEDDICC exposure preferred)
- Hungry, coachable, and motivated by owning meaningful logos and building something early

- Discovery call with VP Sales & Talent
- Deep dive with GTM leadership (sales motion & deal strategy)
- Practical exercise; account strategy / enterprise use case
- Final alignment call with executive leadership
