š¤ Regional Partner Manager – North America | DTC Ecommerce SaaS | Strategic Ecosystem Build
We’re partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company at the forefront of global ecommerce, and they’re looking to hire a Regional Partner Manager to take ownership of their US partner ecosystem.
This is a key role focused on building and scaling partnerships across system integrators, digital agencies, distributors, and platform providers. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and play a strategic role in driving revenue through channel-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
The Role:
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-impact partners across the ecommerce ecosystem
- Drive joint GTM initiatives with SIs, agencies, and strategic technology partners
- Own and execute the partner strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Run partner enablement programs and co-marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular QBRs and performance reviews to ensure partner success
- Act as the go-to point of contact for regional partners—supporting growth, alignment, and strategic collaboration
- Report directly to the VP Sales and work cross-functionally across GTM
About You:
- 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape (DTC focus is a plus)
- Experience working with system integrators, digital agencies, and/or distributors
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Bonus if you’ve worked with platforms like Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, SAP, etc.
