🚀 RevOps Lead – Early Stage SaaS - San Fran or NY Based
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to join a Series B AI-native SaaS company on a mission to revolutionize an $11.5B+ industry. You’ll be joining a high-caliber team with a strong track record of exits, backed by top-tier VCs. This is your chance to be a builder from Day 1—owning the RevOps function and shaping the operational engine that supports sales, marketing, product, and finance across global teams.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement a scalable RevOps framework across sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and reporting
- Own our entire GTM systems stack—CRM (Hubspot), automation tools, and analytics—ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Partner with GTM leadership to refine funnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline velocity
- Lead capacity planning, quota setting, and territory strategy
- Build reporting dashboards for execs and board-level visibility
- Champion data governance, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor
- Drive continuous improvement through process design and automation
🌟 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Ops within high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven success scaling Hubspot CRM and building out GTM processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership and product/finance teams
- You’re detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in high-speed environments
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics

- Early-stage startup experience (you know how to build, not just optimize)
- Experience working closely with Finance on planning and forecasting cycles
- Exposure to systems integration and workflow automation
