Most B2B marketing looks and sounds the same.
We’re not interested in building more of it.
We are looking for a modern growth marketer who understands that today’s buyers don’t move in straight lines. They discover products through AI summaries, communities, creators, dark funnels, group chats, LinkedIn comments, and content they never click on.
We want someone who is equally obsessed with:
- psychology and conversion
- creative experimentation
- funnel performance
- storytelling that doesn’t sound like enterprise AI sludge
- understanding how modern audiences actually pay attention
This role sits at the center of how we grow.
You’ll work across campaigns, lifecycle marketing, nurture, paid, conversion, messaging experiments, reporting, and marketing systems — helping us build a smarter and more creative revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Build and run campaigns that generate pipeline
- Own nurture and lifecycle programs
- Work closely with content and product marketing to turn ideas into campaigns people actually engage with
- Analyze conversion, attribution, funnel performance, and buyer behavior
- Experiment constantly with messaging, formats, channels, landing pages, and targeting
- Use AI workflows to move faster, automate intelligently, and uncover insights
- Help shape how modern cybersecurity marketing should look and feel
Requirements
- 4–7 years in growth, lifecycle, performance, demand generation, or modern digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools across automation, analytics, experimentation, attribution, heatmaps/session analysis, conversion optimization, and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong analytical instincts and operational execution
- Creative thinker with strong opinions on what captures attention
- Someone who understands that great marketing is part psychology, part storytelling, part systems thinking
- Someone who naturally experiments, tests, iterates, and stays curious about how people discover and buy today
- Must be based in either Boston or NYC
