We’re working with a cutting-edge DevTool startup using AI to transform how developers build and deploy software.
This role is 70% focused on sales enablement, with the rest covering product launches, content creation, and market intelligence. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate technical value into impactful messaging.
š Location: Boston preferred (NYC also considered) – Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the bridge between Product and Sales—translating technical features into value-based messaging
- Build out a full suite of enablement tools: pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, competitor comparisons
- Work closely with the sales team to understand what matters to them and help shape training, onboarding, and collateral
- Conduct market and competitive research to support GTM strategy
- Write content such as product blogs, feature announcements, and release notes
- Support product launches in partnership with Engineering and Product (based in Israel)
- Stay deeply connected to product changes and updates, even across time zones
- Build enablement processes and frameworks to scale with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years in product marketing, ideally in a DevTool, infrastructure, or AI-focused startup
- Strong grasp of developer tools, DevOps, or cybersecurity/data infrastructure space
- Doesn’t need to code—but must understand how products work and how to extract real value from features
- A natural collaborator who’s outgoing, curious, and not afraid to push or challenge teams to get what’s needed
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Highly self-directed—knows how to dig for answers and stay informed
