Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI / Data Platform

Remote (SF Preferred) | $80–100K OTE + Equity

 

We’re hiring a Founding SDR to join an early-stage, high-growth AI / data infrastructure company that’s building a category-defining platform used by modern data teams.

This is a rare opportunity to join early in the GTM build, with massive inbound signal, real product-market fit, and a clear path to Account Executive.

• Technical, high-intellect buyer persona (Data Science, Analytics, ML)

 

The role

• Generate qualified meetings through inbound + outbound prospecting

• Engage technical decision-makers (Data Science, Analytics, Engineering leaders)

• Research accounts and craft thoughtful, personalized outreach

• Partner closely with Account Executives on pipeline development

• Maintain strong CRM discipline (HubSpot)

• Learn a genuinely technical product and articulate value clearly

 

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years SDR / BDR experience (B2B SaaS selling to Data Personas Preferred)

• Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders

• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

• High activity, resilience, strong follow-through

• Curiosity and ability to learn complex concepts

• Data / dev tools / technical product exposure = strong plus
