The Role

• Founding Enterprise AE (UK) - whitespace, not a picked-over patch
• Selling to platform engineering, DevOps and DBA leadership, with security co-signing
• 100M downloads means the install base is already inside the accounts — you're converting known usage, not cold-calling a vacuum
• Multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles with technical champions

 

Who it Suits

You've sold technical infrastructure - DevOps, observability, data platform, security. You've run an open-source-to-enterprise land-and-expand before. You can hold your own with a director of database engineering without an SE carrying you. You want equity that's worth something in a normal outcome, not just a unicorn one.
