Strive have partnered with a Gartner-challenger, sitting at Series A who focus on Engineering Analytics, helping CTOs optimise software delivery performance.

Recently emerging out of Stealth, Strive are scaling their full GTM. The first critical hire is our Founding Enterprise AE. Someone high agency, who's proven in an early-stage environment.

 

Highlights:

• £240K OTE (50/50 split) + strong equity

• Series A, exceeding $6M ARR, backed by tier 1 VCs

• Selling to CTOs & VP Engineering — same buyers, increasingly urgent problems (headcount, tooling spend, AI ROI)

• Platform sits across the existing toolchain

• 70% POV win rate vs the two established category leaders

• 75% of revenue already coming from EMEA

 

About you:

  • 5 - 8+ years enterprise sales (full cycle)
  • Experience selling developer tooling / developer analytics
  • Competent closing seven-figure deals
  • MEDDPICC / Playbook background
  • Founding AE experience - advantageous
