The Role:

  • Enterprise Account Executive – New Business
  • Frankfurt / Munich / Berlin
  • €240K OTE (50/50) + strong benefits + career growth
  • Own and develop ~40–50 named target accounts across the DACH region
  • Supported by BDRs, marketing, and pre-sales

 

Leadership:

  • EMEA sales leadership team made up of proven enterprise operators
  • Hiring manager is a high-performing leader with 10+ years' experience in scaling enterprise teams across Europe
  • Coaching-centric environment with strong cross-functional support

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS new business experience
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English
  • Proven track record of exceeding 7-figure quotas
  • Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and managing full-cycle deals
  • Experience selling to business stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Design, Research, Digital)
  • Located in or near Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich
