The Role:
- Enterprise Account Executive – New Business
- Frankfurt / Munich / Berlin
- €240K OTE (50/50) + strong benefits + career growth
- Own and develop ~40–50 named target accounts across the DACH region
- Supported by BDRs, marketing, and pre-sales
Leadership:
- EMEA sales leadership team made up of proven enterprise operators
- Hiring manager is a high-performing leader with 10+ years' experience in scaling enterprise teams across Europe
- Coaching-centric environment with strong cross-functional support
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS new business experience
- Native German speaker, fluent in English
- Proven track record of exceeding 7-figure quotas
- Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and managing full-cycle deals
- Experience selling to business stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Design, Research, Digital)
- Located in or near Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich
