Customer Success Manager - Developer Tools / AI (US)
We're partnering with a fast-scaling AI developer tools company on a high-impact CSM hire as they build out their US post-sales team. This is a rare opportunity to join a Series B-backed company at an inflection point — fresh off a major funding round, growing from $1M to $10M+ ARR in a single year, with marquee enterprise customers and a product named in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
The Role
You'll own a commercial book of business ($30K–$100K ARR per account, scaling to $3M+ total book), driving adoption, renewals, and expansion across a growing portfolio of 15–20 accounts. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be a core part of building the CS function from the ground up in the US.
You'll sit in close partnership with Solutions Architects and Sales — and operate in a hybrid CSM/TAM capacity where needed.
What You'll Own
- Full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Proactive engagement driven by data and customer insights
- Strong relationships with technical buyers and developer teams
- Expansion pipeline within your existing accounts
- NDR as a primary success metric moving into H2
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or DevTool environment (2 - 3 years)
- Track record owning renewals and driving adoption in a high-touch, volume model
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, build-it-as-you-go environment
- Background in developer tools, DevOps, or AI/automation products is a plus
- Proactive, data-driven, and collaborative — someone who brings a "do what it takes" mentality
Open to earlier-career candidates with the right mindset and strong ownership instincts over pure tenure.
Comp & Location
- Base: $120K–$130K + 20% variable
- Location: New York
- Hybrid: 2–3 days in office
Why It's Worth a Look
The company sells into a category that's accelerating — AI code review for enterprises adopting code generation tools like Copilot and Cursor. This team has scaled rapidly, and they are looking to add to the team after closing a Series B!
