Strive has partnered with a defense-specialized company supporting sensitive and cleared workforces.
Our partner provides an integrated platform that combines HR, compliance, and operational workflows into a single system, purpose-built for federal contractors operating in highly regulated environments.
They focus on removing the operational and compliance burden for early-stage companies working in the government space.
This is an opportunity to join a founding team with extensive experience building successful companies within the Defense, Compliance, and PEO ecosystems.

- $5.5 million ARR, targeting $16 million by the end of the year
- Recently completed a strategic acquisition that significantly expands their platform capabilities and market reach.
About the role:
- Build and manage your own outbound pipeline while consistently booking 8–12 qualified meetings per week for the sales team
- Run multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Use AI tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT workflows, etc.) to research faster, personalize better, and follow up smarter
- Work directly with leadership to sharpen messaging and figure out what's resonating
