The Role:
- MM & Enterprise Account Executive – DACH Region
- Remote (anywhere in Europe)
- Own and develop a high-potential, greenfield DACH territory
- Supported by a strong brand, heavy inbound demand, and best-in-class pre-sales support
- Sell to IT, DevOps, Software Engineering, and CTO-level buyers
Leadership:
- Experienced VP Sales with a background scaling commercial teams at world-class SaaS companies
- Highly collaborative, coaching-driven environment
- Low ego, mission-driven culture with strong cross-functional alignment
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of SaaS new business experience (Mid-Market/Enterprise level)
- Native-level German speaker, fluent in English
- Proven track record of exceeding €1M+ ARR quotas
- Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and closing skills
- Experience selling technical SaaS solutions (Developer Tools, Data Infrastructure, Workflow Automation)
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
