Strive have recently partnered with an emerging vendor within open source BI, who are making it their mission to lower the barrier for non-technical teams to get data insights whilst avoiding the common 'per user' licensing model.

After early success and a healthy Series A funding round, they are now looking for a VP of Sales to build out and run the Sales motion.

 

The Company:

  • Over $10m Series A funding.
  • Already worked up to Enterprise model.
  • Rip and replace legacy names with rapid implementation.
  • Open-sourced early giving big Enterprise reach.
  • Almost 0 customer churn.

 

The Leadership & Culture:

  • Software engineering background, bringing those principles to data workflows.
  • Backed by tier 1 VC's and big name angel investors.
  • Give a clear technical differentiator in a lucrative market, currently crowded with outdated incumbents.
  • Looking to add a GTM machine who can land and lead.
  • Low ego, building and collaborative approach where humility matters.

 

The Role & Package:

  • VP of Sales (IC first) who has scaled from 7 to 8-figure ARR.
  • Around $400k OTE (50/50). Equity and benefits.
  • Based in the Northeast.
  • Experienced leadership and Sales enablement support.

 

Interview Process:

  • 1st stage - Discovery Call with Co-Founder.
  • 2nd stage - Deep dive with other Executives.
  • 3rd stage - Assignment to be presented.
  • Final chat with Board members.
