After some early success and a healthy Series A funding round, they are now looking for a VP of Sales to build and run the Sales motion.
The Company
- Over $20m Series A funding.
- Already worked up to Enterprise model.
- They’re tackling one of the biggest gaps in AI infra—bringing Git-style version control to data lakes.
The Leadership & Culture
- Proven track record of scaling.
- Working with A-players who have got the company off the ground.
- Have been repeatedly backed by large investors.
- Looking for a GTM machine to contribute to their high-calibre Leadership team.
The Role & Package
- VP of Sales.
- Up to $450k OTE (50/50). Equity , draw and benefits.
- Based in the East.
- Managing an initial 6 staff from SDR through to CSM.
- Experienced leadership and Sales enablement support.
Interview Process
- 1st stage - Discovery Call with Co-Founder.
- 2nd stage - Deep dive with other Executives.
- 3rd stage - Assignment to be presented.
- Final chat with Board member.
