Technical Support Engineer (Minimum 12-Month Contract)

Fully Remote - Europe (UK Time Zone)

Series C AI Agent Vendor

 

Strive have partnered with a fast-growing Series C AI Agent vendor that has secured $90M in funding and is rapidly scaling it's global footprint. They are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a minimum 12-month contract. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere across Europe, working on a UK time zone.

 

The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting customers using advanced AI-driven automation and integration technology. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues across APIs, integrations, authentication, cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, working closely with engineering and product teams.

This role requires a strong development mindset and the ability to operate comfortably in highly technical environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex API and integration issues
  • Provide deep technical support across REST, GraphQL, and gRPC
  • Investigate and support authentication and security configurations (OAuth, SAML, etc.)
  • Support cloud-based infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Debug using tools such as Postman, HAR files, and developer utilities
  • Work with databases and data integration pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve product defects
  • Support customers deploying AI-driven workflows and automation
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of API technologies (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with AI concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.)
  • Experience working with database technologies and data integration principles
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS
  • Proven experience troubleshooting with Postman, HAR files, and similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with in a SaaS Product environment
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or Developer

  • Contract Length: Minimum 12 months
  • Location: Fully Remote (Europe-based only)
  • Working Hours: UK Time Zone
  • Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
