The Opportunity
Strive has partnered with a disruptive cybersecurity vendor building an AI-led platform used by large enterprises. We’re hiring an SVP of Sales to scale an enterprise motion with high-value ACVs and take the company from strong ARR to the next phase.

What You’ll Own
- Full GTM leadership: new logo, expansion, partner/channel, planning, forecasting
- Front-line leadership immediately; grow to second-line within 12 months
- Segment strategy and territory design; refine enterprise playbooks
- Build a consistent pipeline engine and drive operating rigor (conversion, velocity, accuracy)
- Partner closely with CEO/CFO on hiring plan and growth targets
What You’ve Done
- Scaled enterprise cybersecurity sales from roughly mid-eight figures → higher scale (or equivalent stage lift)
- Closed complex, multi-stakeholder platform deals
- Hired, coached, and retained top-performing sellers; built a prospecting-first culture
- Strong executive presence with security leadership; clear value storytelling
- Fluent in enterprise sales methodologies and value engineering
