Strive have partnered with a rapidly scaling VC-backed SaaS vendor in the LegalTech space.
Currently on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in San Diego, CA.
The Company:
- Series B – High-growth, VC-backed SaaS vendor
- $9M ARR, targeting $70M within 5 years
- 90+ employees globally across the U.S. and U.K.
- Backed by top-tier investors with expansion plans across North America
The Leadership & Culture:
- Reporting directly to the U.S. Sales Director – a proven top performer and founding team member
- Collaborative, high-energy culture focused on personal growth and promotion from within
- Strong track record of SDR progression to AE within 12–18 months
- Fast-paced, startup-style environment
The Role & Package Details:
- In-office role (San Diego HQ | 4 days a week after ramp)
- Target: 10–12 qualified demos per month
- Tech stack includes Outreach, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator
- High outbound motion — 50–70 dials per day once fully ramped
Interview Process:
- Initial screening – Strive
- Interview with U.S. Sales Director
- Final stage with leadership (in-person preferred)
