Strive have partnered with a rapidly scaling VC-backed SaaS vendor in the LegalTech space.

Currently on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in San Diego, CA.

 

The Company:

  • Series B – High-growth, VC-backed SaaS vendor
  • $9M ARR, targeting $70M within 5 years
  • 90+ employees globally across the U.S. and U.K.
  • Backed by top-tier investors with expansion plans across North America

 

The Leadership & Culture:

  • Reporting directly to the U.S. Sales Director – a proven top performer and founding team member
  • Collaborative, high-energy culture focused on personal growth and promotion from within
  • Strong track record of SDR progression to AE within 12–18 months
  • Fast-paced, startup-style environment

 

The Role & Package Details:

  • In-office role (San Diego HQ | 4 days a week after ramp)
  • Target: 10–12 qualified demos per month
  • Tech stack includes Outreach, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator
  • High outbound motion — 50–70 dials per day once fully ramped

 

Interview Process:

  • Initial screening – Strive
  • Interview with U.S. Sales Director
  • Final stage with leadership (in-person preferred)
