I’m partnering with a fast-growing fintech to find a Solution Consultant to work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a hands-on, highly visible role supporting new business and up/cross-sell opportunities by defining scope, ensuring feasibility, and shaping the customer onboarding journey.
(This role can be based anywhere in Europe - except the UK!)
The role:
- Partner with BDMs to qualify and scope new card issuing opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure prospects fit the company’s CaaS model, target segment, and compliance requirements
- Draft schedules and scope documents for contracts, supporting legal and deal review processes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Partner Relations to stay ahead of ecosystem trends
- Support implementation projects to maintain continuity between sales and onboarding
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in card issuing / processing, ideally with Visa/Mastercard schemes
- Understanding of payment ecosystems (BIN sponsorship, program management, card manufacturing)
- Strong pre-sales, solution consulting, or project management background
- Experience in scale-up/start-up environments, able to wear multiple hats
- Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
