Strive have recently partnered with a security business who are solving one of the most pressing problems in security today — data chaos from next-gen security tools. They recently received their Series C round of over $40m and are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand their footprint across Ohio Valley, landing new logos.

Right now, they are the only company on the market that can arm their customers to have data in multiple repositories - essentially allowing them to put data wherever across multiple layers.

  • Series C funded with over $80m in total funding by some of the most reputable VC's.
  • $11m ARR and growing & $90m NRR.
  • Over 50 customers already on the books within a few years.
  • Dynamic solution for all verticals with particular success in finance.

 

The Leadership & Culture

  • VP of Sales has proven track record through acquisition.
  • Working with A-players who have worked with the VP at 3 different companies.

The Role & Package

  • Regional Sales Manager.
  • $300k-$350k OTE (50/50). Equity and Full Benefits.
  • Ohio Valley region.
  • Ramped Quota of $1.25m.
  • Average deal of $330k with a 6-7 month sales cycle.
  • Heavy Sales Enablement support.

 

Interview Process

  • 1st stage - Discovery Call with VP of Sales.
  • 2nd stage - Deep dive with VP of Sales.
  • Panel with VP of Sales and other Heads of, such as Marketing and Channel.
