Strive are currently supporting a high-growth fintech in their search for a Partnership Sales Manager — a senior, commercial role focused on building and scaling strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem. This role can be based remote anywhere across Europe (Not the UK).

 

The successful hire will:

  • Own and close complex partnership deals with banks, FinTech's & enterprise clients
  • Build senior-level (C-suite) relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product & Marketing on go-to-market strategies
  • Stay ahead of market trends in issuing, processing & payments

 

They’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven track record in B2B partnerships/channel sales within payments or issuing
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen (card issuing, BIN sponsorship, processing value chains)
  • Experience negotiating enterprise-level deals with senior stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset to balance short-term wins with long-term ecosystem growth
