Strive has just partnered with a leading vendor in the DevOps / DevSecOps / Developer Tool space and we're actively on the hunt for their Head of Sales, leading the EMEA region.
Having successfully expanded over the past 12 months, massively exceeding their yearly targets, they are scaling across both the US and EMEA.
This is a crucial role during this expansion, you will inherit a team of circa 7-8 reps and dotted line into the BDR function, with a mission to scale this team across the EMEA region, hiring and developing top-tier talent and crushing your annual number!
Reporting into the SVP of Worldwide Sales, that has been with the business since day one, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career to the next stage by joining a business that is performing well and has a clear GTM strategy.

The Role & Package Details:
- Head of Sales (EMEA) - Initially a first-line leadership role, scaling into 2nd line.
- Inherit a team of AEs, with dotted line into BDR function and plan to double over the next two years and hire / develop 2 RD's
- Location UK&I - Remote, owning the EMEA region
- Ideally, experience selling into technical Stakeholders and leading Technical Sellers
- Higher Mid Market / Enterprise segment.
