Strive have partnered with a Seed-stage AI startup building an LLM-powered platform revolutionizing how developers and support teams manage documentation, workflows, and end-user experiences.Currently on the hunt for a Founding Account Executive with 2–5+ years of SaaS sales experience, based in San Francisco.

 

The Company:

  • VC-backed – $10M+ raised with top-tier investors, next round closing soon
  • Strong early traction – 140+ customers, including well-known DevTool brands
  • Focused on AI x DevTools – Supporting product, support, and documentation teams
  • MIT-founded – Engineering-led, built by a former Microsoft dev experience lead

 

The Leadership & Culture:

  • Reporting directly to the CEO – (Former Microsoft engineer)
  • No existing sales org; huge opportunity to build from zero
  • Early-stage mindset – Everyone is in office 3x/week near Salesforce Tower
  • Culture of ownership – Iterative mindset encouraged; freedom to shape scripts, playbooks, and GTM strategy

 

The Role & Package Details:

  • Hybrid role – SF-based, 3x/week in office
  • West Coast territory with inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Deal sizes range from $25K–$60K ARR
  • Quota-carrying role – Own inbound funnel, SDR motion, and mid-market expansion
  • Tech stack includes HubSpot, Clay, Unified, Apollo — demand gen + automation in place

 

Interview Process:

  • 1st screening – Strive
  • 2nd screening – CEO
  • 3rd screening – CTO or strategic advisor
  • Offer
