Enterprise Account Executive

Strive have partnered with a category-leading Employee Experience vendor to help expand their Enterprise GTM team within EMEA. Recently awarded category leadership by both Gartner and G2, they are seeking a new-logo enterprise SaaS seller to join their UK based team, to help drive revenue growth across EMEA.

 

The company:

  • Circa $75M ARR with double digit YoY growth projected
  • 300+ employees globally, scaling rapidly across EMEA
  • 100% new logo focus, targeting enterprise accounts (20,000+ headcount)
  • Current customers include: E.ON, Deutsche Telekom, TUI, EY, Shell
  • Category leader in intranet and digital workplace solutions, heavily investing in AI innovation

 

About you:

  • 5-8+ years SaaS sales, ideally enterprise-focused.
  • Track record closing six-figure+ SaaS deals (£250K - £1M+)
  • Experience selling into large enterprises / Global 2000 accounts
  • Consultative, strategic sales motion, exposure to MEDDPICC
  • Hungry, coachable, and driven to exceed £1M+ quotas, with demonstratable experience exceeding similar targets YoY.

 

Interview Process:

1: Discovery call with VP EMEA & TA Director

2: Competency call with GTM leader

3: Panel interview (30-60-90) / Account based strategy

4th: CRO meet & alignment call (30 minutes)
