Strive have partnered with a heavily invested vendor who are building one of the most widely adopted agentic AI automation platforms.

We’re currently hiring for a Customer Success Manager with 3+ years experience managing $2m–$5M ARR book of business on the East Coast.

 

The Company

  • Series B - Over $70m raised to date
  • Grew to $40M ARR with 100% inbound motion and just 1 churned customer in over 3 years
  • 700% YoY Growth
  • Technical AI platform automating complex workflows for developers and ops teams

 

The Leadership & Culture

  • Report into a CS leader with 4+ years in the org, spanning CSE and Product GTM
  • VP of Sales - excellent track history of scaling sales teams
  • Over 100 employees globally, including 40 GTM across Sales, Marketing & BD
  • Low ego, coachable, team-first and high performing (0 turnover on the sales team)

 

The Role & Package details

  • Remote - MUST BE East Coast based
  • Strong package + equity + benefits plus future progression
  • Deep technical product focused on AI workflows, DevOps, and automation
  • Engage across implementation and long-term growth/NRR initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering, data, and infrastructure leaders with customers at industry leading organisations

 

Interview Process

  • 1st screening call – Strive
  • 2nd screening call – Hiring Manager
  • 3rd round – Skills interview with 2 stakeholders
  • 4th round – Call with Founder
