We’re currently hiring for a Customer Success Manager with 3+ years experience managing $2–4M ARR on the East Coast.

The Leadership & Culture

  • Report into a CS leader with 4+ years in the org, spanning CSE and Product GTM
  • VP of Sales - excellent track history of scaling organizations sales teams
  • Over 100 employees globally, including 40 GTM across Sales, Marketing & BD
  • Culture: low ego, coachable, team-first, high performance—0 turnover on the sales team

 

The Role & Package details

  • Remote Position
  • Strong package + equity + benefits
  • Own 20–30 customer accounts managing $2–4M in ARR
  • Deep technical product focused on AI workflows, DevOps, and automation
  • Engage across implementation and long-term growth/NRR initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering, data, and infrastructure leaders with customers at industry leading organizations

 

Interview Process

  • 3rd round – Skills interview
  • 4th round – QBR mock presentation
