Customer Success Lead

Strive have partnered with an early-stage Tier1 VC backed software vendor looking to transform how individuals interract with their Apple / Google Wallets, and are currently revolutionising the Insurance / FinTech sectors. Their core hub in Berlin is now scaling, and they are looking for a Customer Success Lead to own and scale all CS operations as they grow.

The Role & Package Details

• Customer Success Lead / Head of Customer Success
• Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)
• €100,000 - €140,000 OTE
• Focus on an enterprise book of business
• Fluent German AND English required

 

What they’re looking for

• You’ve built or scaled CS teams before — ideally in SaaS (Fintech, InsurTech or regulated industries would be a plus, but not mandatory).
• You can work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to drive both retention and expansion.
• You understand how to build commercial CS models, not just ‘support.’
• You want true ownership, not layers of process to navigate.
• Must have experience interracting with Insurance sector clients
