I'm working with a fast-growing InsurTech company who's mission is to help brands connect with their customers with a new market leading solution! Their platform enables businesses to deliver seamless & personalised customer experiences — all within the digital wallets that people use every day.

šŸ“ – Berlin, Germany (hybrid)

šŸ’„ – Opportunity to join a VC backed startup on the ground floor

šŸŒ – Help build out their existing DACH client base & expand globally

 

You'll work closely with the sales leader thorughout the full sales cycle & will have the opportunity to learn from C-level executives who have been a part of a successful exit in the industry previously!

 

  • Looking for someone who's open to a start up & understands the challenges that come with it.
  • Open to bringing in an experienced SDR with no closing experience as they will work closely & learn from senior leadership.
  • You will be a part of a fast growing & high performing organisation looking to expand globally

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal & organisational skills. You will be comfortable with multitasking & be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain client relationships in the DACH region & help continue groth across EMEA
  • Track & record metrics throughout sales process
  • Meet & exceed financial goals/targets
  • Understand & keep up to date with industry & competitive landscape knowledge

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree & 2-3 years of business experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (German & Engish)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience closing deals is a 'nice to have' but gthey are open to hiring an experienced SDR with no closing experience & help to train them up in their way whilst working closely with the sales leaders
