Strive have partnered with a PE-backed vendor in the Financial compliance sector.
Currently looking for a Strategic / Enterprise Named Account Executive with experience selling into Financial Sector, to join their team in the US. This individual must have managed strategic large deals with financial customers.

- 350m ARR worldwide
- 25% market share
- 6,500 customers
- Archiving & Compliance for Financial Services
- Recognised by Gartner & Forester / PE Backed.
The Role & Package details:
- Strategic Account Executive (Farming and Hunting)
- Remote Based Role
- $140K - $180K base + $300k Variable.
- Reporting into the VP of Sales.
- Avg Deal size's - $500k - $4m
Interview Process:
- 1st: Call w/ Strive
- 2nd: VP call
- 3rd: Director of Enablement
- 4th: Panel interview
- 5th: Chief of Staff meeting
