Strive have partnered with a PE-backed vendor in the Financial compliance sector.

Currently looking for a Strategic / Enterprise Named Account Executive with experience selling into Financial Sector, to join their team in the US. This individual must have managed strategic large deals with financial customers.

  • Archiving & Compliance for Financial Services
  • Recognised by Gartner & Forester / PE Backed.


The Role & Package details:

  • Strategic Account Executive (Farming and Hunting)
  • Remote Based Role
  • $140K - $180K base + $300k Variable.
  • Reporting into the VP of Sales.
  • Avg Deal size's - $500k - $4m


Interview Process:

  • 1st: Call w/ Strive
  • 2nd: VP call
  • 3rd: Director of Enablement
  • 4th: Panel interview
  • 5th: Chief of Staff meeting
