You're going to be tasked with building the sales org and taking their product to market across the globe.

This vendor already has Product Market Fit, currently at over $1m ARR and landing 6-figure ARR deals, your focus is all around building the sales team, closing deals and scaling the business across the Globe.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Situated on an East Coast Time Zone would be ideal.
  • Proven track record in leading early-stage sales teams and building from the ground up.
  • Whilst this isn't a start-at-$0 scenario, the ideal candidate will have been on that $0-$10m journey before (either as a leader or an IC)
  • 1st line leadership experience and ready for a step up to 2nd line
  • or a proven 2nd Line leader who is prepared to get heavily involved in the deals
  • A true builder, a bias for action, a go-getter
  • You will have a preference for start-up culture and be able to demonstrate this through your career to-date.
  • Exceptional execution skills
  • MEDDICC ecosystem
