This is a fully remote role so you can be based anywhere in the US.

Role:
- Remote / US
- you'll have the opportunity to be responsible for handling the most complex and advanced technical issues related to the company’s products and services
- Your main focus will be to resolve escalated problems that lower-tier support teams couldn’t address
- You'll use a wide range of technical skills including database management, REST APIs, cloud environments, monitoring tools, authentication protocols, and multitude programming languages
Requirements:
- 6+ years in technical support within mission-critical environments
- Technical expertise in areas such as Unix systems, databases, programming languages, and cloud services.
- Knowledge of security protocols (e.g., SSO, FIDO, PKI) and experience in troubleshooting in these environments.
