Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity company (with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management - IAM) looking for a Sales Development Team Lead based in Boston. From Day 1, you’ll manage a team of 4 SDRs, while actively engaging in prospecting and pipeline generation alongside them.

 

  • Player/Coach Model: You’ll lead by example, coaching your team while continuing to generate opportunities and book meetings yourself.
  • Immediate Impact: Lead a team of 4 from day one and be directly responsible for driving top-of-funnel performance.
  • Growth Trajectory: Aiming to double the SDR team within 24 months, and we want you to grow into the next Director of Sales Development.
  • Cybersecurity Focus: You’ll be selling cutting-edge IAM solutions, so prior experience in cybersecurity (preferably IAM) is essential.
  • Culture of Excellence: You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious go-to-market team that thrives on high standards, strong mentorship, and measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience, with recent experience in cybersecurity (IAM strongly preferred)
  • Has consistently booked 10+ qualified meetings per month
  • Has prior mentorship or team lead experience (official or unofficial)
  • Is metrics-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Is Boston-based (hybrid work setup)
