Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the Developer workflow / Analytics space and have been tasked with building out the founding GTM team in the US.

 

The Role:

- Sr Business/Sales Development Representative

- $60K-70K Fixed ($100k OTE)

- Progression plan to an AE

- Join a team of 5

- Accelerators uncapped

 

The Company:

- Raised $80m by Series B funding

- Doubled in size during 2023

- 5/5 rating on Glassdoor

- Strong focus on culture & organizational health

- 300% YoY growth

 

The Leadership:

- Both Co-Founders have scaled from first on the ground to $350 million acquisition previously

- Company founders are Ex-VP’s for market leading companies

- Investor Leadership team invested in likes of Databricks, AppDynamics, Coinbase etc..

- All executive team are ‘Start-up guru’s’ with multiple use cases of exit’s between them

- VP Sales has previously scaled towards 3x exits

 

Interview Process:

- 1st Call: Discovery w/ BDR Manager

- 2nd: In depth call w/ Head of Sales & mini presentation

- 3rd: Final Call with CEO & Co-Founder
