Strive have partnered with a leading vendor within Logistics and have been tasked with hiring a Sales Leader for their new division, targeting Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).

The Leadership:

  • CEO & Founder is ex- Kuhne+Nagel
  • Investor Leadership team invested in likes of Spotify, Depop etc..
  • CRO previously of Sift & Google

 

The Role:

  • LSP Commercial Leader
  • £140k-£150k Fixed Salary with a 100% Bonus & Stock Options
  • Strategic/Pivotal role as the company continues steep growth trajectory
  • You will inherit a CS team and have the responsibility to build out a team of AEs

 

Interview Process:

  • 1st Call: Discovery w/ Chief Revenue Officer (Hiring Manager)
  • 2nd: In depth call w/ Chief Data Officer
  • 3rd: Screening call with Head of Customer Success
  • 4th: Case Study
