Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the DevOps Analytics space and have been tasked with building out the founding GTM team in the UK.

 

The Company:

- Raised $50m+ Series B funding ($75m in total)

-$25m ARR

- Tripling in size during 2023

- 5/5 rating on Glassdoor

- Strong focus on culture & organizational health

- 300% YoY growth

 

The Leadership:

- Both Co-Founders have scaled from first on the ground to $350 million acquisition previously

- Company founders are Ex-VP's for market-leading companies

- Investor Leadership team invested in likes of Databricks, AppDynamics, Coinbase etc..

- All executive team are ‘Start-up guru’s’ with multiple use cases of exits between them

- VP Sales has previously scaled towards 3x exits

 

The Role:

- Enterprise Account Executive

- London based – Hybrid

- Up to £240,000 + considerable equity

- 3-year exit plan with a strong equity package in play

- Massive opportunity for long term progression being one of the first Enterprise reps on the ground in the UK team.

 

Interview Process:
