Strive has partnered with a leading vendor within the Modern Data ecosystem and have been tasked with building their GTM team in Germany.
After being named a Forrester, Gartner & G2 leader, 2024 is our window to dominate the market. We’re looking for a founding strategic or enterprise account executive in Germany - Fully remote based role.
MUST speak fluent German.
The Company:
· Series C – raised over $175 m to date (Tier 1 VC’s)
· Forrester/Gartner/G2 leader
· Consistently exceeding ARR targets
· 95% Inbound sales motion
· 87% POV win rate
The Role:
· Strategic/Enterprise Account Executive in DACH
· DACH based - Remote
· Up to €280K OTE (50/50) + huge equity play (Opportunity for $1m exit)
· Strong quota attainment across the team
· Rep who was 4 months into the role completed a $1.1m deal
Leadership:
· All sales leadership have a track record of multiple exits
· Founders 2nd startup
· Ex-Snowflake CEO on the board
· ThoughtSpot founder on the board
· Fivetran founder on the board Interview
Process:
1st: 1hr meeting w/ Head of of Sales
2nd: Call w/ Chief Operating Officer
3rd: Sales Challenge
4th: Whiteboard session w/ Head of RevOps
