Strive have partnered with a rapidly scaling AI/ML software vendor, whos primary function is to enhance data quality, categorisation and labelling - a critical requirement for all businesses with an AI / ML model at their core.

 

Founded by two former Forbes 30 under 30 recipients, leadership doesn't get better than this. This data categorisation platform aims to integrate into all AI based models, to enhance processes and boost efficiency. They are searching for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their landing team as they look to expand into EMEA, following continued success in the US.

 

The Company:

· Data development platform for AI teams

· Recent $30M Series B (Tier 1 investors)

· 125% NRR

· 200+ customers

· Existing Logos; Royal Navy, UI Path, Synthesia, Phillips, Baker Hughes

 

Leadership:

· Both founders previous Forbes 30 under 30

· Board includes VP of AI at Meta & VP of Engineering at Google

· Head of sales scaled previous venture from £1M - £22M ARR in 3 year

 

The Role:

· Senior Customer Success Manager

· Hybrid - 3x per week in office, central London.

· Up to £120K + 30% variable + equity play

· Start-up / Scale up experience critical requirement
